Wayne joined Tata Capital Markets in 2011 to set up its Investment Banking operations in Singapore. Prior to joining Tata Capital, Wayne was an Associate Director with AmFraser Securities where he was one of the key persons to set up the Corporate Finance business and is instrumental to its success.
Wayne has over 14 years of experience in the Corporate Finance industry in Singapore, and has successfully brought to the market exceeding US$4.0 billion in value of securities through various IPOs, M&As and Equity Capital Market transactions. Notable deals include:
- - Financial Advisor to Swiber Holdings on its disposal of Kreuz Holdings to Headland Capital Partners (US$355m)
- - Financial Advisor to Centurion Investment Management on its trade sale of TES Envirocorp to Navis Capital (US$165m)
- - Financial Advisor to See Hup Seng Limited on its acquisition of Hetat Holdings (US$35m)
- - Placement Agent to Vallianz Holdings Limited which raised US$40m in new placement shares and US$10m in convertible preference shares

Wayne holds a MSc in Financial Economics from Cardiff University, U.K. and a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Technological University. Wayne is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst ("CAIA") and sits on the board of the Executive Committee (Treasurer) of CAIA Association, Singapore Charter. Wayne has also attended the Tata Group Executive Leadership Program administered by Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
Foo Say Nam
Senior Vice President - Head of Execution, Regulatory Advisory
Say Nam has over 11 years of experience in the investment banking industry where he has advised on public listings and secondary fund raising exercises, and also provided corporate/regulatory advisory services to numerous listed companies. Prior to joining Tata Capital Markets in 2012, he had held positions at various established financial institutions, including Hong Leong Finance, Phillip Securities and SBI E2-Capital.
Say Nam started his career with the Singapore Exchange Limited where he was involved in regulatory and compliance work, including the review of new & additional listing applications and circulars from listed companies, as well as monitoring of listed companies compliance with the Listing Rules. Say Nam graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Soo Hsin Yu
Senior Vice President - Head of Execution, Catalist
Hsin Yu has 17 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience and is designated as a Catalist Senior Registered Professional by SGX. Hsin Yu started her career in the Corporate Finance department of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd before joining the Investment Banking department at HL Bank where she was a Team Head. Subsequently she was appointed as an Associate Director of Provenance Capital Pte. Ltd. and thereafter she was a Director/Partner of SAC Advisors Private Limited (formerly known as Canaccord Genuity Singapore Pte. Ltd.). Hsin Yu was responsible for marketing and executing a wide range of equity capital market projects including IPOs/RTOs, secondary fund raisings (such as rights issues and placements) and financial advisory for listed companies including independent financial advisory deals and delistings and privatisations, as well as undertaking Catalist continuing sponsorship work.
To-date, Hsin Yu has completed 12 IPOs/RTOs of companies in a variety of industries on the Mainboard or Catalist board of SGX, including the S$1.7 billion market capitalisation global offering of Yanlord Land. In addition, Hsin Yu has completed more than 25 financial advisory and independent financial advisory deals, and was a Catalist Registered Professional for a total of 14 Catalist companies. Hsin Yu holds a B.Sc Accounting and Finance (1st class Honours) degree from the University of Warwick, UK.
Associate Vice President - Corporate Finance
Jay has 5 years of experience in investment banking where he has advised on cross border M&A, JVs and fund raising deals. Prior to joining Tata Capital Markets in 2014, he has been associated with companies such as Tata Securities, Tethys Ventures (Singapore), India Advisory Partners. Jay has been involved in deals involving Japanese, European, ASEAN and Indian companies in sectors such as data centers, advertising, auto components, engineering, personal and home care, food and beverages amongst other sectors. He started his career with Aarayaa Advisory Services where he was involved in various corporate finance deals across sectors such as hospitals, medical diagnostic centers, medical devices, facilities management, captive BPOs and telecom sectors in India and globally.
Jay is an Electronics & Telecommunications engineer from Watumull Institute, Mumbai, MBA in Finance from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai and has also completed all three levels of the international CFA.
Vice President - Compliance
Wendy has over 15 years of experience in the corporate finance industry. She was involved in advising on initial public offerings and corporate advisory projects, and later moved on to a compliance role for corporate finance.
Prior to joining Tata Capital Markets in 2017, she had held positions at various established financial institutions, including Hong Leong Finance, China Construction Bank (Singapore Branch) and PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance.Wendy has advised on several initial public offering and corporate advisory projects and had also been involved in projects as Independent Financial Adviser. Before joining the corporate finance industry, Wendy worked with the Singapore Exchange Limited where she was involved in reviewing new & additional listing applications, corporate actions of listed companies, as well as monitoring of listed companies¿ compliance with the Listing Rules.
Wendy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore.
